One of the biggest nights in the Gay Adult Entertainment industry, the Grabby Awards, concluded with Raging Stallion Studios and Falcon Studios taking home 10 awards. Brutal 1 & 2, the ultimate fighting inspired, two-part epic took home three major awards including Best Director and Best Videographer, Tony Dimarco and Best Supporting Actor, Brenn Wyson.

Giants Part 2 - Interview with Chris Ward and Steve Cruz

Chris Ward and Steve Cruz recently filmed a two part movie entitled Giants. Part Two is now hitting the store shelves, following the huge success of Part One earlier this year. We sat down with this powerhouse director team to find out more about this landmark project.

Q. There are some very big names in this movie--including the directors! Giants Part Two stars Damien Cross, D.O., Angelo Marconi, Tommy Defendi, Donny Wright, Logan McCree, Francesco D'Macho, Rusty Stevens, and more. This is about as all-star as you can get. How did you go about selecting the cast?

Chris Ward: When Steve Cruz and I were planning this movie, we wanted to make a movie filled with superstars, so we got men from around the world who, to us, were the greatest stars of our industry. Each of these men is not only beautiful, but they have that special "It" factor that makes them compelling to watch – especially with their pants down! We decided to rent a villa up in the California wine country and invite a cast of superstars to come for a week and fuck. This was a few months before we merged with Falcon Studios, but in the back of my mind I thought let’s make a Raging Stallion, hairy, tattooed version of a Falcon movie. So this is Falcon with Raging Stallion type guys!

Steve Cruz: Yeah, if you combine the casts of part one and part two, you have forty or fifty GayVN Awards amongst them all! No other movie has ever brought this many superstars together for one project. Viewers should know that this is very good porn.

Q. Chris, can you tell me about each of these guys and why they are superstars?

Damien Crosse is not only hot; he is a filthy sex pig. His eager energy comes across full blast and in your face--and his body is prime time, with a nice dusting of dark hair that accentuates the curves of his muscles. His Cuban heritage shines thru and he is as sexy as fuck.

D.O. has been with Raging Stallion and Falcon for almost two years now, coming to us after a great career at Black Scorpion. This man is fashion-model hot--he looks like a runway model (he actually has done some runway work). His body is perfect and his cock in enormous. But what makes D.O. a star is his focus on sex. He loves ass--he likes to eat it, to watch it, and to fuck it.

Angelo Marconi is one of my favorite performers--I just shot him in Other Side of Aspen VI. Angelo is a trainer in LA, so he works his body every day and he is very, very developed. He is not, however, a giant muscle head--his frame is narrow and he films like a million bucks. And what a smile!

He is a delightful guy and we hope to be working with him for many years to come.

Donny Wright just joined our company as an exclusive. He is quiet and reserved, but man what a beauty! He is exactly my type of guy--thin, tall, dark, and handsome. He is wonderfully proportioned and a delight to work with. Donny loves sex, and that passion takes him to the top level of porn stardom.

Francesco D'Macho is another world-class actor. An Italian by birth, Francesco has had a long career, working at Hot House with Steven Scarborough before coming over to Raging Stallion. He now has his own company (together with partner Damien Cross) called Stag Homme. Like Damien, Francesco is really, really into sex, so being a porn star is natural for him.

Rusty Stevens worked with us for several months and made some of our best movies. His hairy chest, gym build, and classic face make him one of my ideals in terms of what a hot man should look like. I very, very much enjoyed filming him and his scenes will always be some of my favorites.

Q. Steve, give us a little insight into your experience filming Giants 2.

Steve Cruz: Shooting Giants 2 was so far one of the highlights of my career. The setting was tranquil and beautiful and we were blessed with ideal weather. Plus, the cast of top-notch professionals made the film one of the best experiences a director could ask for.

Q. Okay, so you had a great location, amazing shooting conditions and an all-star cast. Can you give us a little behind-the-scenes scoop on what happened when you put it all together?

Logan McCree and D.O. ignited sparks when they hit the set. Every minute was filled with dynamic chemistry between the two. I will never forget their perfect bodies entwined in the moonlight and how they were so present with each other building to sex so electric that the contact heat blew a light on set. Seriously!

Chris Ward's sex banquet came to life on the sunny porch of the ranch house property. He wanted to present a feast for the guys, and let that transition to a feast of sex. I love big dicks, so I was happy to go there with power fuckers Damien Crosse, Tommy Defendi and our new exclusive Donny Wright! Each of these guys has a special quality that I love to film. The scene is high impact sex; they literally stuff their faces at the 'table'!

Audiences will rave about the Francesco D'Macho and Rusty Stevens. They both brought that star power to their scene. They thought it would be nice to go out into the vineyard and have a special set up for their excursion on the grass – a naked lunch. Going with their input was a winner, because it gave the scene a natural hot build that fans won’t want to miss.

The moonlight was really spectacular when we filmed Angelo Marconi and hairy fucker Aybars! In my opinion, Angelo can do no wrong when he is on set, and he brings out the best in every scene partner. Aybars was no exception, and, in turn, he brought out the best in Angelo. The moonlight inspired the sexual animal in them both!

Francesco D’Macho and David V enjoy a glass of vino on the sun porch. Looking at them, you think they are so opposite. I was thinking, how’s this going to play out?
